Postcard from Rosy’s Mother to Rosy, Bergen-Belsen, October 1944
A postcard sent from Rosy’s mother in Zurich, Switzerland to Rosy in Bergen-Belsen.
In it, her parents express relief at hearing that she is ‘well’. This reassurance reflects the censored and controlled system of communication imposed by the Nazis- the reality of Rosy’s condition could not have been more different.
